we are all enough already...

I wouldn't say that worrying is a bad thing to do. Worrying shows that we care. Worrying is just a process of trying to solve something.

However, as Humans we have the tendency to over worry. We get caught up in the habit energy of worry, creating a negative behaviour which can then create physical and mental illness. We are often drawn to worries from our Past or to worries in our future.

Sometimes I feel that we worry so as to feel that we are doing something.

So when you catch yourself today, worrying unnecessarily, please try to breathe in calmly and smile instead. Be still for a few moments.

Remember that you are already enough.
