Have you ever tried to write your name in a stream with a stick? If you have a moment to stop and think about this, you will know it is impossible. And yet, every day we attempt this when we persuade ourselves to 'control' everything and everyone around us in order to be happy. Surely it would be better to drop the stick in the stream then smile as you watch it float away, swirling and bobbing on the surface.
Look for the good in every day. Then we all can be happy sticks!
