Let's try to 'see' the answer...

Have you ever looked up the answer in the back of the book? Sometimes the problem is so perplexing we need a little help and if we 'see' the answer we can work backwards to view how we work it out and the pathway to get there. We can view our own Mindset and negative feelings in much the same way... if we are stuck in a scared state, or seem to always be feeling down, we can ask ourselves "what would it be like to know that was changed and we could feel great?". What does it FEEL like to be relaxed, happy, content, energised? Then let your body come up with the answer. Once you can see the answer, work backwards to create the pathway to that feeling.
