It does amaze me how much we take for granted every minute of every day.
Whilst typing this I am not aware of what it feels like to touch the screen with my finger tips until I think of it. Or how it feels to be supported by the sofa as I sit here with a purry cat on my lap, or even the feeling of that cat and his warm body ... until I focus on it.
Breathing, seeing, smelling and tasting, we drift through the day allowing the vast majority of everything to pass by.
All this beauty. All this experience.
