Let's live in the sunshine...

Did you know that anxious people are subconsciously reluctant to relax due to fear of losing control? And yet, in a highly sensitive anxious state, do we actually have control? It is described as being addicted to our stress response.

Learning to relax through meditation or a creative hobby reduces our body's inclination to produce stress chemicals such as adrenaline and cortisol.

We can use the neuroplasticity of our brain to create new positive response pathways... why live in the darkness when we can all choose to live in the sunshine.
