Here we are once again. The start of a brand new day... what will it bring? Laughter? Tears? Anger or sadness? A feeling of ... who knows what. However, sat here this morning I am peaceful in this moment. I can hear the ticking of the clock, the purring of a cat sat next to me, the gentle breathing of my dogs. I can hear the birds starting to wake up and sing and the sun is beginning to shine it's hello to me through the window.
No matter what today delivers I know I can be contented for I am loved. Deep down inside of me there is love. What more do I need?
