It's easy... really...

Think back to when you were born... as a baby we 'know' what to do, how to grow. We instinctively exist in the moment, breathing, crying, growing. We don't have to force it or worry about it... life happens. As we get older, we start to compare ourselves to others and experience how others treat us, then we start to force. We create pressure in ourselves to be this or that. We start to resist and this begins to negatively impact our mind and body. We breathe badly. We react. We are tense. When we feel safe in ourselves and learn to relax and trust ourselves we can live more peacefully, calmly and in harmony... laughing, loving, having fun...

Enjoy today. Moment by moment.
