It was Aristotle who said that "People can only truly change by daily practice of the right actions..." I believe he is referring to the power of 'Habit' and the fact that we cannot change Habits all in one go. We must continually make small changes or steps towards new Habits by practicing regularly. There is interesting scientific evidence which shows that for us to break the cycle of negative Habits we can make tiny steps towards a new Habit or behaviour pattern. In this way we support our 'inner work' and change by doing 'outer work' which effects positive change in our behaviours.
Practice, practice, practice...
Have the most wonder-full day
