The Mind and body never ceases to amaze me... so many interacting systems - neurological, endocrine, circulatory etc all so complex and yet so elegant in how they support each other to keep a body functioning... producing just the right amount of proteins, hormones, neurotransmitters - and then sat right at the top of our body is that huge super computer brain and nervous system which enables memory, planning and intentional activity... fascinating!!!
