Have a thoughtless day!

But how easy is it to actually control our thoughts? our Minds are racing all the time, churning out one thought after another, a constant commentary and opinion on the World as we see it. Maybe the answer is not to try to control the thoughts... maybe it is more effective to just see them for what they are, acknowledge them but choose not to engage in them or follow them. Then, maybe, they have less disruptive power over our feelings, moods and behaviour.
