Fizzing... always fizzing!

Our Mind is so good at making us worry. We can over think, catastrophise and fizz away about anything and everything and most of the time none of it actually happens. We need to use our internal wisdom to determine if and when to worry. When we are in a worry state, we are predisposed to worry more and it is harder for us to connect to our natural calm state... however, we can use our super computer brains to create new neurological pathways, laying down new positive habits and ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
