Everything in balance ...

Our bodies need the right balance of sleep, water and nourishment to function, think clearly and produce the right hormones... and when we don't get that combination we can't function properly. For instance, if we are dehydrated we might not feel thirsty but instead feel exhausted. If we have a stomach pain our body might not know accurately if we have a virus, ate something dodgy or just need a pooh! Not taking good care of ourselves physically and mentally creates bodily dissociation... so the next time you are really grumpy it might be a metabolic deficit.

Eat well. Drink well. Sleep well. Be well.
