What happens when our concrete world of here and now evaporates and is replaced by the digital view we see through a smartphone or TV ... the realness of Life quickly becomes fake. If we are not careful we rush through our day, miss out on the vast ocean of beauty around us and instead trade it for the plastic, loud shallow waters of comparison and never ending desire.
Say hello to your neighbour. Be genuinely interested in your colleagues at work. Love your family and pets ... and above all smile at yourself in the mirror cos this ain't no dress rehearsal people!
