Body and Mind

How important is the human body in respect of our happiness? If we want to be genuinely happy, or content, it is very important that our body is healthy. There is a strong link between our physical nervous system and the Mind. Any disturbance in our physical system will also cause a disturbance in our Mind.

So diet and exercise are both important as is remaining calm and breathing the 'right way'.
