Ohayōgozaimasu

Be the first person to do something every day.

When we positively change our mind by consciously seeking the happy-ness we reset the negative bias in our head.

One way to do this is to recognise that each and every day, possibly many times, we are the first person to do something... for example, when you bite into an apple you are the first person to see inside that piece of fruit. When you pour a cup of tea or coffee you are the first person to smell that particular drink or hear how the spoon sounds as it tinkles around in the cup stirring the contents.

This is special, unique to you happy-ness.
