a wandering mind ...

'Stimulus-independent thought'. This is what we know as a wandering mind. Here's an interesting little test you can carry out on yourself at any point in your day. Just stop what you are doing... ask yourself these three questions.

1. How am I feeling right now?

2. What am I supposed to be doing right now?

3. Am I thinking about something else?

In a recent research study, over 80% of the people answered Yes to the third question meaning they were not in the present moment but drifting in the Past or the Future.

There is a huge cost to living our Life in this way. It prevents us from being truly happy.

So, today, don't just be here... Be Here.
